I had an emergency C-section and my scar is from my belly button down. Looking at the muscles in both sides my scar, one side looks "pudgier" than the other side. Does anyone else have a scar like this, and if so, how do I get both sides flat and unpuffy? Just trying to get some semblance of my old tummy back. TIA
