Hot showers make me sick....

Anything dealing with HEAT makes me nauseated.  Whats really annoying is sometimes all I want to do is take a nice warm shower, but after a few mins, I start feeling overwhelmed with heat and nauseous.  I don't blow dry or straighten my hair anymore for the same reason.  Cool showers are no fun but I almost have no choice.  Anyone else experience this?
