M/S remedies?

I have tried everything under the sun as suggested by google, and I'm still heaving several times a day.  I really need to be able to get myself to work, since I'll be ending a lot earlier than originally anticipated!  Anyone have any weird/ uncommon things that helped? I am willing to try anything at this point. 

Also, does Zofran really do the trick?  I'd rather not take anything unless the relief is really worth it.  I'm not doing a whole ton of actual barfing, just dry heaving over and over and over....
