I pulled my hamstring last week, and it's still not better. I let it rest for 2 days, but that apparently wasn't enough. I slowly ran 2 miles on Friday, and it was ok after stretching it. Then I ran 3 miles on Sat at the lake with the dog (it was his first time-he got all excited and expended his energy at the beginning of the run. Newbie mistake.) It hurt yesterday at job #2, so I spent about 5 hrs with it on a heating pad and elevated in bed while I watched Gilmore girls. I brought my heating pad to work. I'm supposed to start half marathon training today, but I'm afraid that I'm going to have to avoid running at all this week. Meh. :(
