No movement-- updated again

I haven't really felt Olivia move today.  She moved a little this morning and then nothing.  She is usually fairly active in the evening.   I have no bleeding and only a little cramping (which I think is from my constipation).   I'm currently a couple hours from home visiting a friend.  Is this something I should call my OB about tomorrow morning or give it more time?

 Update:  I called my nurse and am waiting for a call back.  They may want to see me or will send me to a local clinic (I am on vaca at the cape)   I'm waiting for a call back. 

Update #2:  I was heading back home to go to l&d at home for monitoring when the on all doctor called.  She told me just to go to a local hospital.  I went in and they hooked me up.  Olivias heartbeat came right up and they performed a nonstress test and everything was great.  The midwife thinks she is just facing my spine.
