Pregnant after IF

Successful pregnancy after a LUF dianosis?

Anyone successfully conceive child? Also bring to full term pregnancy with a LUF diagnosis? Doctor did an ultrasound (because I asked for one) 4 days after trigger and is pretty sure my follicle did not release an egg. I am still not giving up hope, He does work miracles. I have my pregnancy test still scheduled for the 25th of July, praying to not get AF and a BFP!
