I just did the plyometrics cardio workout for the Insanity system and I feel like I'm going to puke. But in a really good/accomplished way. It's super hard and I'll be thrilled when I can finally do the circuit without taking additional breaks. I like that there's an extensive warmup and built in water/rest breaks. And that people on the video are sweating balls. Makes me feel like less of a wuss
