Pregnant after IF

Am I considered to be high-risk?

I am going to be 41 this October and I know typically anyone over the age of 35 is considered a high-risk pregnancy which I don't understand if one doesn't have any other medical issues.

Yesterday at my RE visit he asked me if I had picked out my OB yet.  I told him no because I was really hoping to use the TriHealth Nurse Midwives in my area.  They deliver at one top hospitals with a world-ranked NICU (over 7000 babies born there each year).  However, I'm not sure if they will take me or not because of my MTHFR and being on a daily dose of lovenox.

Do any of you know if this is considered to be high-risk beyond the care of a mid-wives even if I am planning to deliver in a hospital?  I know the best thing to do would be to call and find out but they close at noon on Fridays.

At this point I really want to keep my options open and I'm just curious if any of you have any experience or advice?
