twin mommas(or more), belly size??

I started the pregnancy out at 150lbs ish and I am about 5.7. I always had a little pot gut but nothing i couldnt suck in if i had to.

ok, fast foward to now, I have barely eaten in months (m/s) and my belly is sooooo round!!! its hard to believe its babies but I cant imagine what else it could be, my bloat faded at 9 weeks or so. the belly doesnt go away EVER, i wake up and look like i just ate a whole pizza myself lol! is it really the babies pushing everything up?? My doc said that I would get big really fast because of the babies position(they are stacked one on top of the other), but I guess I just didnt think she meant this fast! i have to wear maternity clothes or just straight up stretch pants!

Am I nuts? Is it babies? Please tell me Im not the only one who already feels like a whale and this is just the beginning
