I need a little love from my peeps....

I had some intense pain yesterday in my lower right abdomen, like doubled over stabbing pain, followed almost immediately by red light bleeding. I called the RE right away, who scheduled me to come in today (unless the pain continued, then I was to go to the ER).  The pain subsided rather quickly, came back once in the evening, and is a little tender now, but nothing like the first incident. The bleeding continued lightly off and on all day, turned brown, and stopped overnight. 

It could be a cyst, it could be ectopic, it could be nothing.  I am trying not to be an alarmist, trying to stay calm, but I could use your T&Ps.  Sigh.  Why can't anything about this be easy?
