Do you ever fake the big O?

Overheard while having lunch today;

"I fake an orgasm every time MH and I have sex.  I'm so tired that I just want to get it done and it takes too long to get there, but I don't want to hurt MH's feelings.  If we never had sex again, I wouldn't care." (Or something to this effect.)

I was kinda shocked that A. She was just straight up telling her friends that, and B. That she was okay with the situation.  Truthfully, I've faked it a few times over the years, but as a matter of routine?  That's messed up.  Mostly, it's happened when I'm really tired or just not really in the mood.  I get not wanting to hurt her husband's feelings, but I think they should work on their mattress mambo routine, KWIM?
