FTM/Primary C-section: Infection?

Hi, I'm a FTM. I had a primary C-section last week. I have been having some cramping below my incision line since yesterday. The cramping is more pronounced when I try to void urine otherwise the cramps come and go every couple of hours. Is this just part of the healing process? Or could this possibly be the early stages of an infection? I don't have any other odd urinary symptoms. I'm going to call my OB tomorrow but I'd like some feed back from experienced mom's. Thanks in advance!
