Creative gift givers please come in...

I have my second shower this Saturday. It's unlike my other two showers in that it's a couples shower, with 4 couples co-hosting, vs. my other showers being ladies only affairs. I have no problems figuring out thank you gifts for my female hostesses of the other showers, but I am at a total loss as to what to get a couple as a thank you gift, let alone 4 couples! And I swear I haven't been procrastinating...I have given this much thought and come up with nothing, DH has no ideas, and now we are down to the wire.

So, if anyone has any good ideas for what might be a good thank you gift for a couple shower host and hostess, PLEASE spill it here! TIA!!
