Getting irritated w/ our rep

I'm going to vent for just a second.

I'm starting to get really ticked off at out Aflac representative that my company uses. I have asked her repeatedly for quotes, for information, and she just doesn't get back to me in a timely manner. I called her yesterday and she seemed put off that I was calling her cell since she hadn't responded to voice mails to her office line or emails from the previous weeks. It's not like I immediately called her cell first. =(.  If you don't want clients calling your cell, then don't give it out.

 She told me she would email the forms first thing this morning so I could get them turned in before my days off and of course she has not.  This is quite annoying as this process has been on going for over a month. I'm about to ask if I can deal with another representative.
