worried because nausea is gone

I've had nausea every day since week 4 and haven't had any in the last 24h and am freaking out a little. Is it normal for it to come and go? Or might this mean my hormones have dropped away? My breasts are still super sore but I'm not having other symptoms right now. No bleeding either.
