Stressed about the registry!

Anyone else get completely stressed about putting things on their registry?  I thought it would be a lot of fun and easy to put things on there but I was completely wrong. 

There is so much out there and so many different brands.  I made my decision on some of the bigger things but now after reading reviews online, I think I need to change my choices.  I just want to make sure I get the best things for my baby.  

Do you ladies read the reviews or just stick with name brand things and not stress over what others say?
