I've taken maybe 1 or 2 regular yoga classes before but nothing serious. Since it's summer and I have time, I'm starting my first prenatal yoga class this afternoon. I'm excited! Any of you ladies take it or have taken it? How do you like it/has it helped you, thoughts, suggestions...
I'm a really anxious person in general and hoping it assists with that as well as new anxiety about my pregnancy, childbirth, etc.
