When did you announce your news to the world?

I'm almost 10 weeks.  So far we have only told a few family members and very close friends.

 When do I tell the world?  After my first trimester screen?  Before?  I had a dream I miscarried and the first thing I did was start drafting an email to the people I had told telling them I am no longer pregnant.  So clearly I'm nervous about announcing.
