MH & I dream of someday building a home. We like to keep our ideas jotted down so we'll remember when the time comes. 

In our dreams we are also insanely rich. 

So what is your favorite aspect of your current/future/dream house? 

It can be big or small, but I need the reasoning as to WHY it ranks as your favorite.
