latch pain returned (need advice please)

My girl is almost 7 weeks old and I EB F/pump. I had the initial soreness and cracking the first week, but that subsided. Everything was going smoothly until the past two weeks. My nipples have gotten horribly pained again. There is no thrush but she did cluster feed a lot last week with a growth spurt. Now my nipples don't seem to want to heal. I put milk on them, let them air dry and use lanolin. Little one's latch has changed to mostly nipple and I am having trouble getter her to take in more boob. By the end of the day, I dread feeding her bc it hurts so bad. My nipples are so irritated and red.

Help, before I throw in the towel
