slow nipples are too fast... help please!

Hi, I'm new to this board. My LO is 7 days old and I've pumped a couple of bottles so far because DH really wants to help with feedings. Problem is, my baby takes about 30-40 min to drink from the breast (one side). When I pumped the one side, I get about 1 oz. When given a Medela bottle with slow flow nipple, he downed that same 1 oz. in less than 2 minutes. I can't find an extra-slow nipple, so I don't know what to do. DH thinks it's a good thing and will be a time-saver but I'm guessing it's not good for such a little baby to eat that fast. Ideas, opinions, suggestions please?
