Stomach flu? Supply tank?

I had the stomach flu on sat and sun. I'm feeling better today but my supply is the pits. I usually feel quite full in the morning and there was nothing this morning. DS has nursed a bunch already and ate more solids than usual so I can tell he's not getting as much. What do I do? Supplement with freezer stash? Nurse nurse nurse? More solids? Will it come back?
