Supply increase at 8wks?

Is this still possible? 

I have had supply issues since my milk came in. Dd was a late latcher. It took us until 5 wks to get it down. I pumped around the clock and supplemented. Dd nurses and then takes 2 ounces of formula. If I pump I only get 2 ounces.

 I am currently try Lactation Blend pills from Whole Foods. 2x per day for 1 wk now. Is there any hope that maybe they could still work?
