Have you taken St. John's Wort while BF?

I can't go on any meds right now, and my sister suggested St. John's Wort. I did a lactMed search and it shows it should be alright. My dr has okayed it, but I really want to just hear a few personal experiences on it. 

 So if you don't mind, could you share your story. Did it work for you? Did you notice any changes in baby? Anything you can offer would be appreciated.
