Emily Mae is here!

Emily Mae was born June 23rd at 5:45 AM!  She weighed 6 lbs, 1 oz at birth and was 18 inches long. I'm going to try to post her birth story, because it was really insane and I think you ladies would see some humor in parts of it, but they just took her for her hearing test and this has to be a post and dash. 

The short version is that I had to be induced due to some decelerations in her heart rate/my own medical issues.  She came REALLY quickly, which was good because we were within a hair's breadth of getting a c-section.

We'll be released to go home tomorrow as long as everything looks as good as it does now, and I'll be free to write out the story and post her pic.  Can't wait to catch up on all that's been going on here and be out of the bustle of the hospital!
