For those of you that do this or know about it, please explain it to me further. For some reason, I just don't get it. How is this any different than baby waking up after a few hours to feed? Is it more of a proactive feed so they'll sleep longer? Bedtime at our house is 9pm and we get up by alarm at 8am if we're not already awake. TIA for any light you can shed for me
