Do these actually work? Has anyone ever tried them? This past week my pumping output has been CRAP(and I have NO idea why!) and I've had to use frozen bags for some of DD's daycare bottles which is a little discouraging to me. Someone suggested the cookies so I printed out a recipe.

If you have tried them did they work for you and when did you notice a difference in your output?
