What is your plan for using frozen/fresh milk? X/p in working moms

I'm building up a good supply of frozen breastmilk before I go back to work on august. I haven't counted how many ounces I have, but I pump most weekdays once a day and have for the past month or so, and plan to continue until August. I do use some when we're places I don't feel comfortable nursing or when someone is babysitting. I will use quite a bit of it when I am gone to an overnight 2 day training next month, but hopefully I will pump enough there to replace most of what is used. Anyway, my question is how you plan on using your freezer stash before it goes bad when he goes to the babysitter. Should I thaw 1-2 a day to send with the fresh milk I pumped the day before or should I send fresh milk Tuesday-Thursday and freeze Fridays and send the older frozen milk on Monday's? What is your plan for using your frozen stash?
