Question about sterilizing your pump

Hi ladies! FTM here - I hope you don't mind my sneaking over to your board to ask a question.

I am wondering how often you take apart your pump and sterilize the pieces? I am hoping to pump for at least a few months after I return to work. Although I am lucky to have a private office in which to do it, I'm a little worried about cleaning/rinsing/sterilizing during the day. I work in a school environment and I share a bathroom with students and other staff.
