BF to a bottle a day

My baby is a month old tomorrow, I want to start giving her a bottle at night so daddy can feed her. What do others do now? Do I take from my freezer stash or do I use fresh?

Also, I pump only after the first feeding in the morning, usually 2am. I want to build my freezer stash. How many times do others pump to build stash and breast feed?
