Hi ladies. I am EBF and have been back to work for almost two months. It seems like I have been sick with a bug virtually since I went back. It seems to be on and off and I'm pretty much positive its not mastitis because I have no pain or redness in the breast. What is safe for me to take either medication wise or for an immunity boost. I'm dying here!
