Need IVF gifts ideas for wife

My wife is doing her second IVF transfer tomorrow. The first one didn't work. She just told me she was pretty upset I didn't buy her a gift the last time and she told me outright she wants one this time. she wants a thoughtful gift. I don't know What to get her. Her birthday is also next week. Anyideas on what to get her for the IVF.
