Breastfeeding

Those who've had a drop in pumping output at work in the "later" months (6-12ish)

Tell me more, please!

Up until now (about 8 months) I've had an oversupply if anything.  I dropped my night pumping (unnecessary extra ounces, which I also had during the day) a while back, but recently I've been just barely getting what DD drinks at dc.  (4 4oz. bottles for a total of 16 oz.).  The last couple days I've been a couple / few ounces short and it's really starting to freak me out!  I've been pulling from the freezer for the little that I've needed, but I feel like that's a slippery slope.

I've added in the night pumping again, I've added 2 mins. to each day pumping session (time is tight!), I've always drank mother's milk tea, eaten oatmeal for breakfast, drank tons of water.  I don't know what else to do!

Did any of you ever increase your supply this late in the game?  If so, how?  Did any of you continually have less and less and have to throw in the towel?  How'd you deal with this?
