Oh no aunt flo?!

So I am on the mini pill. I am feeling crampy and my supply has dropped. I had to give my little one, who is 10weeks old, a bottle of pumped milk today.

About a month ago I had a little spotting and thought nothing of it... But now come bad cramps... Is there anything I can do to boost my supply? Will it come back once its over?
