Anyone else have problems with hives or itching while BF?

Everything was going great with the breastfeeding until last weekend when my feet started to itch very badly and developed a rash.  I've talked to two doctors now (including my OB) and I've tried Zyrtec and now Benadryl to try to deal with it because it's so bad that I can't sleep at night.  

I've googled around and apparently it's just one of those things that affects some women when they BF because of all the different hormones.  I hate to take the medicine but I have to do because it's so bad that the only other option is to stop BF.  

Anybody else have similar issues or have to take antihistamine for other issues?
