Questions for my OB

Last week I went in for my 36 week exam and my dr was concerned that my pelvic bones are too close together for me to deliver vaginally. This is a dr who is NOT csection happy and only does them if she fears for the health of mom or baby.  She said she was going to continue monitoring me to see what would happen, but it didn't seem like she thought the bones would spread significantly enough.  She said this was the tightest fit she had ever seen, so apparently Im pretty rare!

 Anyway, today is my 37 week appt...what questions should I ask?  Has anyone else experienced this sort of thing?  Ive seen a lot of people in this boat due to the size of the baby, but this is different, this is just how my body is!  

Advice please!!
