How long will it take? Supply question

So I have been a very bad pumper recently...only pumped 1x a day Friday and yesterday and didn't pump at all over the weekend.  So needless to say my supply had taken a big hit.  I usually get 10oz in my first session of the day and am now only getting 7oz.  I know I need to increase my pumping sessions and will start today pumping at 2-2 1/2 hour intervals.  My question is how long should it take before I see my supply go back up?  A couple days?  A week?
