Help! My baby is acting out of sorts

So my 10'week old just recently started sucking on her hands with a vengeance, has gone from sleeping 5-6 hours at night to being up every two hours, she has been on my boob non stop. She is so fussy and not sleeping well during the day. I don't know what's going on?!? She had her two month vaccinations on Thursday, I don't think that would be causing a problem at this point? I'm not sure if my milk is low cause she's been on my boob so much I never feel full, nevertheless she is having adequate pee and poop. Anyone provide any insight or guess that would be great.
