How do you clean your medela pump parts?

Sorry to keep asking cleaning questions. 

I have the medela pump in style and I was wondering how the heck to clean the parts. Do I have to disassemble the entire thing like the membranes and valves? Or can i just throw the entire thing into boiled water? I suppose my big thing is the white little rubbery part that the milk last touches before it goes into the bottle. Do I have to remove this?
