EBF and really dry skin

I have had mildly dry skin since moving to California from Florida, but since baby came along I've noticed that my skin is super dry. Especially now that Summer is here. I'm guessing this is related t o BF. Is anyone else experiencing this? What are you doing to soothe your dry skin?I lotion, but my skin still feels like sandpaper. I'd really like to spend under $15 on whatever I end up trying. Thanks!
