What am I doing wrong?

I have a (almost 8 week old)

She never latched in the hospital. So I had to rent and eventually bought a pump. She latched as soon as I purchased the Medella Pump In Style but still doesn't latch well. I have a hard time not knowing how much she gets when she does latch.

Right now in the AM I pump about 6-7oz. She takes about 5. So I get a little ahead but the rest of the day while pumping I only get about 5 oz each time. What can I do to increase this amount so I can start storing instead of pump and feeding?
