Question for those who exercise

I started Weight Watchers almost 6 weeks ago and am down close to 15 pounds. I've just been following the Points mainly with no exercise. I am really ready to get out there and start working out but the few times that I have my supply really tanked the next day.

Does anyone have any tips or tricks to exercising while maintaning your supply? I am doing the 30 Day Shred when I do workout so I'm wondering if maybe I did something lower impact like yoga would that would help...
