Diagnose me please!

June 2012 in Breastfeeding

One breast only. Painful when latched and just after unlatching. Pain radiates into my arm pit, but not actually in the breast itself. The nipple is a little red and has some loose, peeling, skin in the middle. DD is constantly comfort nursing lately, probably because of teething.
