How many nursing sessions do you do? Do you also do cows milks?

Ive had a low supply from the start and nievely thought that as ds got older my body would "catch up" as he slowed down. So basically was used to be able to make two 5 oz  bottles when I was at work and we supplements with 1-2 formula bottles a day. I thought that as he took less I could cut oth the formula. That didn't turn out to be the be the case. I amonly able to make one 5 oz bottle now.  

So mu questions are How often and when?, how did you balance it was oaeenrnb
