Pumping at work question

I am back to work this week and I'm trying to figure out the logistics of pumping. I only work two days a week from 12-5 (so I leave around 11:30 and get home around 5:15). I can really only pump once while I'm there, but DD takes 2, 3oz bottles during that time. 

My question is, how do I make up for this? I added in a pumping session an hour after she went down for the night, but after her marathon cluster feeding, I only pumped 1/2 an ounce  

Pumping in the morning after a feeding isn't really the best option since I have 2 other LO's to care for. Plus, I feel like I would need to do it every day to signal my body make a whole extra bottle's worth. That would be a pain to do just for my 2 days at work.  

What should I do? I had supply issues once AF returned with my older LO's and ended up on domperidone so I'm very careful now! TIA
