pumping for distant future use

I will go back to school in october, 10 hour days, one break to pump, 5xs a week. I have no idea how many times lo would need to nurse during that time, since its so far away, so i don't know what kind of stockpile i would need. If i nurse before i leave, then he gets yesterdays ebm at lunch, should i count on needing one or two extra bottles every day? I don't want to overestimate ant not need it or run out before the 16 weeks is over! Also,because a 6 mo old takes more per feeding than a two mo nth old, do i need to allow for two bags per bottle?
