Help! Cut or blister from baby teeth...ouch!

Hi there...

A little background- DD is almost 13 months.  She nurses like a champ and actually seems to be going through a growth spurt or something b/c she is nursing very frequently, despite 3 solids a day + snacks.   She has her two upper middle and two bottom middle teeth. 

A few days ago I noticed a really sharp pain on my right areola when DD was nursing.  I thought at first that she was biting me but quickly realized she wasn't.  It seemed instead like her one top tooth was just in the way and had made a cut or blister on my boob.  When I rub my finger over it, it is sensitive and feels almost like a teeny tiny scab.  

It isn't getting a chance to heal b/c she is nursing often.  Every time she nurses I have to turn my head away from her so she doesn't see me wincing in pain.  It freaking kills! 

Anyone experience anything like this? Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance!
