Please, school me on adding fresh to refridgerated..

What are the rules on this? Here's my attempt at making a long story short:  I didn't have any storage bags when pumping at work today, so I pumped twice, right into the pump bottles. After I pumped the first time, I put it in the fridge for about 3 hours. So the milk in there was cold, then I pumped the fresh milk right on top of that. Does that make sense? So it was all in the pump bottles together. Then I put it back in the fridge. Can I still use all of this (for the love of God I hope yes because its 10 oz...) or do I have to dump it (::cries::)?!
