Does anyone have Avent IQ Duo Double Pump?

If so PLEASE tell me what I'm doing wrong. I've been using the hospital rental for 4 months so I finally bought the Avent. My first and worst problem is that the second time I pump for the day (I dont notice too bad on the first) the part on the end of the hose that hooks into the flanges pops off. It's constantly turning off because the thing pops out.Since I have both hands holding the bottles, it's EXTREMELY difficult to keep trying to pop them back in.

My second problem, or annoyance I should say- is that whenever I unscrew the flange from the bottle, milk leaks everywhere! It's coming from beneath the "massage cushions" and then God knows where else to make a mess. I want to toss this thing already!

Sorry for the tone of this post. I'm so annoyed and covered in breast milk at work.
