low blood sugar

hey guys... I have a question about low blood sugar. I had this problem with my first pregnancy and now with my third its back..... my blood sugar crashes multiple times a day and sometimes i'll eat and it quickly crashes again.... it makes me feel weird and unstable.... do you have this problem too? What do you do to combat it?
